||This is the finest example of architecture of that era? There is a reason that this style of architecture never became more significant or prevalent in the City during the last 43 years. It is not particularly attractive and has numerous design flaws which have make it a maintenance nightmare. Fine design is usually recognized and often copied despite the attitude that the public is ignorant. It seems like if this style of architecture was really any good, it would have become more prevalent. Maybe the public isn't so dumb after all when it rejects unattractive flawed design with questionable significance.
