City: New Orleans, LA
Specific
property
affected:
4426 S. Miro
Comments: Please kindly note that as of June 15, 2007, Brenda Breaux, Chief Deputy City Attorney directed Winston Reid, Director of Codes Enforcement to remove 4426 S. Miro from the City demolition list. The owner has never wanted nor requested demolition, and a structural engineer's report determined the house is not in danger of imminent collapse. The Broadmoor Improvement Association strongly supports the right of the owners of 4426 S. Miro, the Colombs, to rebuild their historic family home.

Please remove 4426 S. Miro from any and all FEMA demolition lists.
