SFC Church
Comments: Holy Cross is a viable institution that has survived for over a 130 years. As you read from the many that have been associated with this institution over the years; how improtant HC is to various types of people. We have reached a far greater family than SFC. The church was not a viable commody, that was recognized by the archdioces years ago. They simply could not afford the up keep on the property. I did not hear of any objections when Harah's came in with millions to tear down the Rivergate building. Now SFC is historical ? Why wasn't the Rivergate ? Please allow Holy Cross to build our new beautiful campus on this site, minus the church. This will be the rejuvination of the neighborhood and it will keep Holy Cross as a quality catholic educational institution for young men in the city of N.O.
