|St Francis Cabrini Church
||I am divided on the demolition. Part of me wants to see progress but another part of me believes the church was built by its parishoners and it should be they who benefit by having their parish restored. Holy Cross had a site they could have revitalized but they bailed. The folks who are using this review to try and save their church want to stay where they are and revitalize and the diocese should care for them first and foremost. Come on folks its the parishes money the archdiocese pockets for the insurance if Cabrini is retired/demolished. Does suporting the parish and the diocese for years count for nothing post K? I agree as a historical building this is probably not a great example but had the diocese cared for their parishoners better and gave them their parish back in some form this probably would not be an issue today.
