The Louisiana Division of the Arts is happy to announce the 2024 Arts in Education Supplies and Materials Grant. The purpose of this grant program is to support existing music and arts education programs by providing funds for supplies and materials that will enhance learning. The ideal applicant should be able to clearly articulate the need and potential impact of the desired supplies and materials. The maximum grant award is $2,500.00 and matching funds are not required.
Applications will be accepted online beginning March 18, 2024 thru April 15, 2024. All elementary and secondary schools are eligible to apply, however priority will be given to schools outside of the following parishes: Orleans, Jefferson, East Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Calcasieu, Rapides, Caddo, Ouachita, St. Tammany. This grant program is made possible by a partnership between LDOA and the National Endowment for the Arts.
