General Guidelines: 
The length of a presentation for an individual resource must not exceed 10 minutes and must be no more than 10 PowerPoint slides. 
The length of a presentation for a historic district must not exceed 15 minutes and must be no more than 15 PowerPoint slides. 
Images must be used in the presentation. The number of images is not limited as long as the presentation does not exceed the time or slide limit. 
Text may be used to make additional points; however, text is not required for every image used. 
Make sure the text is large enough to be easily read. 
The design and background color of each slide, including font type, can be whatever you would like it to be as long as it is readable. 
For all Resources, include:
The date of the resource's construction
Location Map (see template below)
Discussion of Setting, if appropriate
Level of Significance
Summary of reason for significance
Brief physical description including stylistic features and building type
Brief discussion of alterations and integrity
For districts, a brief discussion of contributing and non-contributing resources
